How to Prepare for the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist Exam-CBCS

Hi all....the medical billing and coding program I am in covers the cost for the CBCS exam so I plan on taking it in a few months. I wanted to know if there were any type of resources such as sample test, tutoring, or boot camps that I can use to help prepare for it. Thanks and have a great day!
